Traci M. Davis, MA, LPC Traci Davis is an outpatient therapist at the Minirth Clinic. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Community Counseling from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Baylor University. Her clinical experience in the mental health field includes individual, family, and group therapy. Traci specializes in working with children and adolescents dealing with depression, abuse, low self-esteem, and behavioral problems. She also works with adults dealing with childhood traumas and individuals who have difficulty coping with daily stressors due to issues such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, relational difficulties, and the effects of physical, emotional, and sexual abuse. She has recently extended her practice to individuals who are struggling to manage their weight and have issues with emotional overeating. She offers a bi-yearly six-week workshop that explores overcoming roadblocks in the weight loss journey. Traci is proficient in individual, family, and group therapy with clients of all ages. She has been with the Minirth Clinic since 2000 and has been practicing counseling since 1995. |
