Siham Zakhary,
LCSW, LMFT, ABECSW, LCDC, NCAC
Mrs. Siham Zakhary received
her Master degree in Social Work from the University of
Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. She is a charter member of the
Academy of Certified Social Workers, a Board Certified Diplomate
in Clinical Social Work, and is licensed in the state of Texas as
a social worker and as an advanced clinical practitioner. She is
also licensed as a marriage and family therapist.
Mrs.
Zakhary is a National Certified Addiction Counselor II. She is a
licensed chemical dependency counselor, and certified alcohol and
drug counselor in the state of Texas.
Mrs. Zakhary has over
twenty (20) years of experience in the field of Mental Health as a
therapist, consultant, and trainer.
Before joining the
nationally known Minirth Clinic, she was director of the chemical
dependency program at the Psychiatric Institute of Ft. Worth, TX.
She was also with St. Joseph's Hospital. She was with the Heart of
Texas Region Mental Health & Mental Retardation Center in
Waco, TX. While in private practice in Waco, she also held the
position of Behavior Educational Therapist for a medical
weightloss center. She was later affiliated with Texas Youth
program as a child protective specialist.
